i'll end up ranting about it and then i'll get a phone call from someone who will be all uppyity and then I'll have to tell her what I think of her. and then that won't end well.

who is currently on his way to his cousins and i hope he stays the night there cause i'll liable to hurt him... no people that isn't just me talkin out my ass.. i will physically hurt him if he walks threw the door inthe next two hours. and this is why we have never tried out for the amazing race.. we would be charged with spousal abuse if we did.

PALMOLIVE NOT ONLY WORKS ON GREASY DISHES BUT ON GREASY HUSBANDS TOO

So the Bg had to take some tilt cylinders (don't ask me what they are cause I have no idea) to Uncle. So we was unloading them off the deck of the 1 ton and got sprayed buy the oil that was in them... covered head to foot and there was alot oil there.. i'm not just talkin a bottle off EVOO i'm talkin an industrial deepfryer full. and that happened in the first 20 minutes of his day...

so he has been walking around all day covered in motor oil and not very happy about it.. i currently have all his cloths inthe washing machine and he is in the shower trying to get all the oil off...

"honey I feel like a duck right now.. i'm just repelling water.. aaaahhhh fuckin cylinder"

yeah.. none to happy...

I have a cold and Jr. sounds like an injured seal... he has a nasty cough. Had him in the Hospital in case it was an upper respitory thing.. it wasn't.. the Dr. told me to keep doin what i'm doin and he will be fine, come back in if it gets worse... thats what they always seem to tell me and they always seem to be right.

Well I have to go mix the BG a drink.. he needs it

SO I FINALLY QUIT THE HOTEL

And not a moment too soon if you ask me...



I'm tired of that place and I realy hate making beds... it just frosts my cookies.. I gave my notice on the 16th and my last day is monday. I work everyday till then... both mornings and nights..



the BG got the dryer fixed for me so that it doesn't squeak nearly as much.. it still does sometimes but not nearlyas loud or for as long... I'm really happy about that



I head to BC on the 30th for a long over due visit with C and G I'm very excited about that... we girls are going to have a sushi night... I haven't had one of those ina long time.. I'm going to bring out my sushi making kit and plates so that we can do it at her house if we can't afford to go out.



I hope i have room for all the boxes i'm bringing. this is going to be fun....

Tonight i'm making mile high lasguna for dinner.. I watch way to much Rachael Ray. Well she has some good receipes...

BEING SICK SUCKS THE BIG ONE

I have no idea what the matter is with me but it feels like someone is grabing my upper intestine and squeezing.. it hurts like hell and it comes and goes in waves... this really bits.

FISH FRY '08

As a British Columbian at heart... watching albertians prepare fish, breaks it... it was good.. right after they killed it..

Now Granted that the BG was trying filet it and he did a good job, but trying to filet a frozen fish just doesn't work.. so they tried to thaw it in so water.. the water was on the wood stove which was pumping out quit a bit of heat, and ended up almost completely poaching a fish.. the BG told them to take it just before it was finished..

well the batter that went on the fish was wonderful, nice a light and fluffy and not a whole lot of it. the deep fried stuff was wonderful and the pan fried was even better.. don't get me wrong.. the fish it self was great, I almost cried watching them prep it..

Jr. had a great time.. al he wanted to do was play in the snow.. so we let him as much as i could bear.. and I did quite a bit..

I'M WATCHING RACHAEL RAY IN THE MORNING NOW

Watched her at 10 this morning and it all snowballed from there.... I watched her make cheese sause adn then next thing i know I'm making a brocilli cauliflower mix for the cheese sause and then twice baked potatoes and pork chops for dinner... and I didn't fuck them up... Pork chops are my nemisis.. I always over cook them and it's really bad. you usually need a chain saw to cut them.. today.. nice and tender and even Jr. ate it.. he normally doesn't eat my chops cause he can't bite them there that hard.

Making Ohio Farmhouse Chilli tommorrow.. sister brought me sausage that i have to use.. I tell you how that goes tommorrow.

Some people don't do Christmas and I'm one of them... I just can't be bothered.. and truthfully, and don't start hatting.. I prefer giving then receiving.. I love seeing the look on the BG's or Jr's face when they get something.. it's just really cool.. any way the visit with the inlaws was awesome and dinner at the cousins was great.. T is a fabulous cook. New Years was good too... I was the DD and one of our good friends from high school came down and we had a great time.. I was in bed by 3:30am and I was up by 8:30 and I felt like I had a hangover.. and my tummy is still bothering me.. I have no idea what I have but it sucks.

well i'm going to go casue it's late and I'm tired
