Yea it is true.. i'm home...

Yesterday I was so messed up i'm surpirsed that blog came out that well.. it also took lme 4 hours to put that post together before I gave up and said that i would do more today...

the trip home was a little scary cause the roads where really icey and it was snowing prety good and blowing like crazy... I called my sister as soon as I got home to let her know that i was back safe, well it wasn't right after I got home cause my mum attacked me to make sure that i was ok and in one piece..
i can't pick up or carry junior for about week cause he's two heavey for me.. well the kid is 20lbs and 7 months old.. I can hold him if someone brings him to me though. and I have to take it easy on my stomach musles for a few days.. so no cleaning.. like I ever did that anyway...

Surgery went well

I got 4 new holes and I'm a galbladder lighter.

They needed me there for 7 in the morning and I was only ten minutes late. I got lost in the hospital. So they got me ready and the BG hung with me for a little bit. And just as he left they came to get me for surgery.

The last things I remember was the gas passer saying that he was giving me a cocktail, I said that my whole body felt heavy. Enjoyed that feel for a minute and then said. 'This is fucked up' and that was it.

When I came to the nurses where yelling at me to calm down. I realized where I was and calmed down but after I ripped the tube out of my throut. It wasn't quiet deflated so my throat is pretty sore.

So I'm at my sister house right now in Edmonton. She made an awesome dinner. Roast, potates and carrots. I got a perscription for T3's but I haven't taken any cause I haven't needed them. My tummy aches a little like I've 200 sit ups and it's the next day.

I'm really outa sorts right now. More than usual. I'll post more when I'm a little clearer

UPDATE

Well it really isn't an update it's just be getting back to my blog...

Well C's visit was awesoem... We had a great time and it was awesome to see her... The BG picked her up from the airport and brought her back.. I think iwas more excited to see Junior thought.. The bg had taken him over night to a friends house, all by himself.. I was so worried, bored, and lonely I didn't get to enjoy my night off...

Well anyway... We went and walked around the town on friday and then She and The BG went to Edmonton to West Ed to see another friend and walk around and look at stuff.. the BG completely lost his patience with the way people where walking and decided that his new goal in life is to piss off teenage girls by walking behind them, listening to there gossip and then say, 'oh my god, are you kidding, did she really do that, i don't believe it' C was thoughtly embarressed and swore she would never go into public with him again... I said welcome to my life....

she left yesterday and it was really sad to see her go.. I haven't seen her in Eight months... It was so depressing.. we dropped her off at the Calgary airport and then drove like a mad man to get home... the BG's cousins watched Junior for the night and he must of had a lota fun cause everytime T walked back in the room Junior grinned like a goof.

and Speaking of Junior... we have teeth... well tooth at least, that other one will be in any day now thought... it is a really cute little thing.. all nice and shiney white... and don't worry I got him a tooth brush for christmas and we are already brushing it twice a day... I want good dental health... it's quite sharp thought... he has cried a couple of times cause he chomped down to hard on his finger...

Onthe way home last night we saw the northern lights, the BG was kind enought to pull over so that I could get some pictues and I think they came out rather well... there on my flicker badge so check them out when you want...

Well I have to go.. do pics and then get Junior up and ready to go cause today is the day tht i go to the city for my Galbladder surgery.... Well it's actually tommorrow but we are going in today so that I can get there at a decent time tommorrow... I'm so excited... I hope that I'll have some pics for you and I'll keep posting from my blackberry... well aminly cause my sisters internet speed sucks ass... and you can't really do anything with it.. damn Norton.

I got her

I waited till she wasn't looking and I got her.

M stole my bacon this morning. And she really tramatised me. I would have nomally pounded on but her age and who she is prevented me from doing so.

So while mum was cutting the tag off her shirt. When she was done I gave her a wet willy. It was awesome...

And then she made violate a rule... She mad me run. And fat girls aren't susspossed to run. And I ran all over the shop... adn now I'm outa breath...

I sold someone sissors

Last saturday I came into the shop with mum and pissed around. Well some would call it work but I slept some of the day. It was all good.

Anyway mum was down at the White Bull having coffee and a woman came in and looked around. She settled on a book and I asked if she was interested in anything else. She mentioned that she was a beginner quilter and I said that we have classes. She said that she was for out of town and she was working on a Rag quilt. It looks like the one that I made the BG. Anyway, I asked if she had the proper sissors, and she said no and so I showed her the heritage sissors, and told how sharp they where and what they can do to the seam of a jean. And she bought them... Yippee. She came in to look around and I sold her something. I'm a horrible sales person and the fact that I did that was is awesome. Yea me...

Now to more impotant matter. The other lady in mum's store. M, she stole my bacon this morning. We where having breakfast at the white bull and I was finishing of the last piece of bacon that mum wasn't going to eat and she stole right out of my fingers. I almost bit her. She was that close. Good grief. I don't think that her finger would have tasted good either. I'm quite miffed about that and I will be seeking revenge later today. I will post the results later.

I keep expecting him to say weinie

So one of the advantages in riding in mum's car back and forth to work is that I get to listen to a lot of oldies... 50's 60's oldies not that 70's 80's oldies crap. And some Tom Jones.. Now before you turn up your nose. Yea the man may be a fashion disaster throw back icky. But the man does know how to sing.

Now mum and aren't really good about changing CD's. It's only when the persons voice starts to sound like a cat with labour pains do we change the. So if we aren't paying attention we could go a week with out changing the cd.

But anyway...... When he sings 'She's a lady' there is this line that goes 'she's a winner' but he kinda whines winner. So I keep thinking that he's going to say she's a weiner. And I'm kinda disappointed when he doesn't.

Slightly silly I know. Well I'm off. I'm pooped and 6:30 comes early...

And Monkey's Lunches are going down to easy.

We have containment

Last night when I got home from work the BG said that he found the taygou. I was like all 'yippee' and shit cause now I couldn't accidently get him with the vaccuum.

Well the BG found him but did't catch him. He was still under the tv stand. So the BG decided that ow that I was home that was catch him together. Yippee again only with a hint of scarcasm this time.

So there I was in the most uncomfortable position possible behind the tv stand. With a flash light trying to get this damn rodent to got towards th BG so thta we can put him in him cage. Amd I was there for like 20 minutes. I had a heck of a cramp in my arm, ass, back and leg. And then the little turd decides to pull a Flo-Jo and bolts right past the BG, circles me trying to get back under the tv stand and then runs under the couch. So we got a pot, and evertually trapped him under neath it and then slipped my cutting mat under that, flipped the pot upside down and got him in his cage. And that was the fun we had at my house last night.

And mark it on the wall people. I passed out on the couch first. And the BG covered me up and then took ne to bed. I don't think that has ever happened in the history of our relationship.

Well we are currently on our way to Sylvan Lake to do some grocery shopping.

DEEP FRIED FRIDAY'S ROCK

So we went over to N&P's for dinner tonight for dinner and it was deep fried friday. So every thing was deep fried. It was so awesome. We had deep fried pickles, deep fried mac and cheese and deep fried chicken wings and ambrosa salad... No that wasn't deep fried. P is such an awesome cook I'm really surprised that her family isn't huge. Caue her cooking is so good. I can't stop eating it. I'm trying to convince the BG that I need a deep fryer for valentines day. It isn't proving to be a difficult task. I'm also trying to get fondue tuesday's going.

I'm headed to work tommorrow. The BG is watching junior.

And the cat knocked over our taygou cage and the poor things got out. We where only able to find the one. The other one is still missing. I hope he is ok. We have the Fuzz and Cat in their cages for th night. I hope he will come out of where ever he is hiding so that we can put him back.

I HAVE TO BLOG

Well it's just one of thoses days...

I had a mummy afternon today.. It was nice..the BG was home from work early so I went out to get some stuff. Got stuff for dinner.. we had Curried Ham Rolls... pretty good.. the BG liked... I felt like it needed more curry powder and I thought that I would get a small ham and slice it myself and I only recommend it if you have a meat slicer.. I made the slices to thick and they didn't roll properly and then I ended up haveing ham slices with rice and sauce on top...



so there is the recipe if anybody wants it... it came from Company's Coming

While I was out I bought a new set of tea cups and saucers, it was fromt he new and used store and there nice... there is a new pic on flickr... and I got the BG a new Zippo and lighter fluid.. I totally forgot that he already had 5 lighters that needed fluid.. so the Bg got alota use from that one treat.. I also bought Junior a bunch more new little toys, the kid is swimmin in them now... and he is really happy.. and that was about all I did this afternoono with my time off...

When I came home the NG was feeding Junior and as soon as I came in the room.. The Bg's feeding skills went down the toilet... and he ended up getting some of it up juniors nose... and that is when mum came to the rescue..

and that people was my day.. now I need more tea...

SOMETIMES THE SHIT THAT SPUES OF THE MOUTHS OF PARENTS MAKES YOU QUESTION EVERYTHING.

I was sitting here on the couch playing with Junior. He was getting tired and needed to sleep. So I grabbed his soother and tried to cuddle him and he wasn't having any part of that. So he started fussing and scratching and all that. So I tried a little bit longer to put him asleep and he really wasn't co-operating. So I got fed up and said, and get this," your not being very nice to mummy and your tired and going to sleep weither you like it or not."

What in the world. I'm the aunty who tells kids." Piss off ya little shit. Go to bed before I strap you in there." I know I'm a caring loving person. Not. What is this "not very nice" business. I'm becoming soft inmy old age.

Anyway..... On a different note. My surgery has been rescheduled yet again. Till the 30th this time. I've been pushed back by some cancer patients who need surgery. I'd rather be pushed back by a cancer patient then some bitcy broad who wants a nose job. By then C will be gone. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do anything while she was here cause I would be in to much pain.

Dang it. I've lost the remote. Gotta go

SUREGRY CANCELED

The Royal Alex hospital.. where I was susposed to be having my galbaldder zapped tommorw is full.. they have been oer run with the flu and phnumia, yea i know that is spelled wrong, and they are plumb full.... so they called me and canceled my surgery for tommrow. it will be done on the 23 provided the hospital doesn't burn down. well thats at least what the nice nurse told me on the phone today...


other than that.... nothing new.. I have spent way to much time on the PC thsi afternoon and i'm bushed.. posted some new pics of me and the fam.. hope you enjoy...

THAT'S A REALLY COMFEY BED

We spent the night at the BG's cousins place and I keep forgetting how damn comfey his spare bed is... I always get a good nights sleep when I'm here.

And C the oldest cousin is a great cook. He make this wicked spegetti last night and then this morning. He made this huge breakfat that would have made a trucker cry for mercy... Oh man there was just so much... Next time I cook salmon for him.

This afternoon we head into Edmonton to my sister's place.. And tommorrow + go for my surgery... I'm so excited... Well I'm off, I have to get Junior up from his nap.

FIGURED OUT WHY NO ONE COMMENTS

I'm just not that interesting.... Well I think that am but no one wants to read about my life except my family... The BG's family anyway... I give the address to all my family members and they never remeber....


So anyway I'm going to think of different things I can blog about besides my husband and my kid.... But that is going to kind of hard since my life revolves around them and work... I'm my mum' lacky... The only difference between now and when I was doing it as a kid... I get paid now..


I'm going to take a couple of days and think on this....


And I hate my freakin cat... Every time I'm in the damn bathroom with the door closed she tries to get in.... And when the door isn't closed she waltz's right in and lays on the towels and stares at me or she'll walk around my legs.... That drives me nutz.... She's like me mum's dog Tippy... She does the same thing cause she has a abdonment issues.... Could someone please explain to me how a cat can have abdonment issues... They're sussposed to be independent creatures. This critter is far from indepentdent, let me tell you... Fuckin cat

First it's the wind and now a blizzard....

You should see the reports out here... there was this one from Edmonton... 'The worst storm in 20 years is comeing and what the city is doing to prepare for it...'

People we live in the land of 3 months bad sledding... yes we have blizzards... GET OVER IT... suck it up get your self a wind up clock so you can wake up for work on time in case the power goes out the next moring and deal with it...

People are weird....

anyway.. got a call from my surgeon this morning.. well his secterey actually... I'm going to have my surgery on the 16th of this month.. for those who don't know I have several small mobile gall stones... nasty little buggers let me tell you... and they come out next week... YIPPEE.... I was really begining to dread have to go to the hospital one a week to get a shot of Demerol... I think they where begining to think I was a junky... Not cool... Well i'm pretty excited... I'm going to have three more scares and C and I are now even in the factory body part deal... we are now going to both be down one part... she had her appendix removed last year... well parts of it anyway cause the damn thing blew up on her... Now that was a nightmare... But she ended up with a clean house and an organized linen closet... I clean when I worry... and I worried at her house... the BG wished I worried at mine...

Other then that nothing really new going on over here... the BG is still fighting me on the whole baby thing.. I want another one and he doesn't... I'm hoping I can change his mind... I really don't know how that is going to work out for me.... and that is about it...

It's 4:30 in the morning here and I'm pooped... I'll post more later.... nite

Totally in love with the BG right now

Spent the nite @ j&C's.....

Had a really shitty sleep cause my stomach was upset. Felt likr there was a bloulder sitting in it. When Junior got up I handed him to the BG and asked him to get Junior dressed and he did... No bitching... Shocker there......

I fed him.... And then Junior played for a bit and then he got really tired and th BG tried to put him to sleep..

I guess it worked cause I was really tired so I left the BG and junior on the couch and I went back to bed.... I was expecting the BG to bring Junior in when he was asleep but he didn't and as a matter of fact he just came looking for Juniors formula... I told him where it was and he left.... No attitude, no bitching, no nothing, I was so shocked I HAD to write this blog.....

People who now the BG knows this doesn't happen veryu often and I like letting people know when it does....

Well I really do have to get up now...I'm bordering on being lazy. But what else is new....

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE MATTER WITH ME

I'm serious people.. hell must have frozen over or there is a pig taking flight in the world...

Last night I made 2 dozen oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies.... this morning I got up and made breakfast at 4 inthe morning... sausages, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast... plus I made lunches... when in the hell did I become little miss molly homemaker....

Not that there is anything wrong with that.. it's just really weird for me... there are a lot of women that do this all the time.. I'm actaully friends with a woman who does it all the time and makes her own bread without a machine... it's just that I don't do this....

Our friend J spent the night last night cause he had to go to work with the BG this morning... and his wife didn't feel like driving him here at 3 in the morning... they live in Innisfail... not that i blame her... I wouldn't either.... that's an hour here and then home again... I don't love the BG that much either... So they just left.. I finished cleaning the kitchen and Now i'm headed back to bed... don't worry... I didn't eat breaky so there will be poundage packed on will I sleep again...

well it's off to dream land till junior wakes up....

BEWARE... THE ROSE AND CROWN PUB IN EDSON MAKES A GREAT CRANTINI

and there fuckin awesome's aren't bad either

So i spent new years in Edson with the BG and J&C and my sister and her hubby....
Had an amazing time.. Junior was with mum and I got loaded.... so bad that i was actually suffering from a bit of a hng over for the first time ever...

Now I told my BF C that i didn't have a hang over but that wasn't entirely true.. I had this punding head ache behind my eye for about 3 hours and it wasn't fun... but that was it...

I was thinking...

I was standing up to get a cup of tea and the vibrations from we walking caused one of Junior toys to go off.. So reached down to turn it off and I suddenly thought that 'wow.. i have kids toys in my living room and they belong to my son'.... now who whould have thought ten years ago that on new years day i would be thinking... 'why the hell is this damn toy on' inmy own living room... I went in and checked on junior... i do that i'll like check on him 3 or 4 times in a night if i'm feeling really paranoid.. and looked down and thought what was I doning new years 1997... it took me a minute to remember but i did... I was still living at home in Hope with mum and dad.. and there was a huge snow storm that night and mum and dad wouldn't let the BG take me out that night casue the weather was so bad... and the BG showed up on my door step anyway... well midnight came and went and he stood up and Said wel I have to get home and my dad looked at him like he was smoking something illegal... ' no your not... you'll get into an accident... call your mum and tell her your staying here...' man I almost shit my pants when i heard that.... well he did and hi mom agreed that it was unsafe to drive and he spent the night on the couch... I'm pretty sure dad didn't get much sleep that night...

at that time in my life I wasn't sure what was going on.. was I going to be with the BG till the end of grade 12 or would we be together longer... Kids at that point never even crossed my mind... and now look at me...

I live in a province that I really don't like and I'm married to my high school sweet heart and I have a wonderful son... huh.. who knew.. i certainly as hell didn't...
